In almost 40 years of my professional life I built a broad and deep specified knowledge in the HR discipline. I have a broad range of expertise gained both in an operational capacity as HR manager of a plant and also at a senior strategic level having responsibility for the worldwide HR strategy at board level for Production Operations during the last 15 years. My role including serving as a sparring partner to the COO. I have experience of a wide range of production related global HR questions and challenges. During my career I have enjoyed and been fascinated in the cultural challenges collaborating with counterparts in many countries of the world.
